Today, we spent a few hours in the car traveling through the rest of West Virginia and Kentucky, before finally arriving in Ohio. We had a double-header today in Cincinnati, starting out with a gig at Sitwell’s Coffeehouse. This intimate, low-key environment was a perfect start to our day, with a few light tunes accompanied by delicious food.
Local veteran bluesman James Supra joined The Quinn Spinn to talk about his exciting summer plans, including his collaborations with artists like Sarah Ayers and more.
On the Road with Alex Mery & The Townsmen (Zach Russack Duo Takeover): Day #9 – Wild Wild West Virginia

This morning, we went on some individual adventures throughout Nashville before eventually running into each other and catching a fun photo with a historical statue in the area. Then, we spent some time lounging around the pool and resting before our official Nashville gig. Once we loaded up the car and headed to Drifters BBQ, we were golden… until we opened the trailer.
After a late night of some good old fashioned board games and some much needed sleep, we ventured to Nashville! On our way there, Zach and I attempted to get on the list for an open mic at The Bluebird Cafe, while the Alex/Alex duo navigated our wagon across time zones.
Saturday was a beautiful day for a brief road trip to the Jersey side.
Our friends at Rocking the Valley hosted an easygoing Sunday evening of folk music Sunday evening at the newly-restored Camel’s Hump Farm, located at 1311 Santee Mill Rd. in Bethlehem.
