PHOTOS: Glue Factory and The Outcrops at Little Red Mill Rooster Fest

Saturday was a beautiful day for a brief road trip to the Jersey side.

So, we hopped in the car to the Red Mill in Clinton, New Jersey, where our friends and partners east of the Delaware at American Spirits Roadhouse were smack in the middle of their Little Red Mill Rooster Fest. The day-long lineup featured a grand total of nine rock and blues acts sandwiched in between a beautiful, scenic lake and the backdrop of a monolithic cliff, making this the perfect setting for the first weekend of summer.

Things timed up for us in such a way that we caught two bands with whom we’re familiar. Our friends in Glue Factory got in a tight set of blues originals, while The Outcrops — who were a revelation to us at May-riffic Music Festival — continued to prove why they’re one of the hottest up-and-coming rock and blues acts in the region.

Of course, telling you about this splendid afternoon wouldn’t be complete without photos. We’ve got ’em!
