Local Musicians Joining Together for Harvey Relief

The Lesson Center and Thirteen Butterflies Production are inviting some of the Valley’s brightest musical stars to shine at the Allentown Masonic Temple (1524 W. Linden St.) on Sunday, September 17 — all in the name of Hurricane Harvey relief.

The star-studded local lineup, set to begin at 2 p.m., will feature contributed performances from Every Other Sunday with Erin Kelly, Cunningham & Associates, East Coast Sound Brass, Dana Gaynor Band, The Beautiful Distortion, The Band of Brothers, Scott Marshall, Will Kiss You, Billy Bauer, and students from The Lesson Center.

Proceeds from the concert will benefit Houston-area charities, as the nation’s fourth-largest city continues to recover from the devastating storm. Tickets are $15 (kids 6 and under are free), with door proceeds going to NFL player JJ Watt’s Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund. Meanwhile, proceeds from food and raffle sales will benefit the Houston ASPCA.
