It’s the Fourth of July in America. As you celebrate the nation’s birthday, we also encourage you to ponder its current state.

Back in 2016, Los Angeles-based Greg in Good Company released “American Way,” a single that served as a commentary on the polarized state of United States politics and culture. The song points out the many issues that divided the country in 2016, many of which have an even uglier tendency to keep it divided in the present day. This song was relevant then, and it’s relevant now.
