Here’s a band that, personally speaking, I hope will make music together once again.

Currently on hiatus, The Hook employed cool, breezy reggae vibes and roots rock authenticity on their 2018 album, “Moonshine & Honey.”

The title track is a gentle-swaying ballad with a gradually swelling soundscape; one which acknowledges life’s ups and downs — indeed, that “life ain’t always Moonshine & Honey” — as a culmination of our experiences. Sweet, bitter, or somewhere in between, it is these experiences that make us who we are.
