With today’s Daily Spinn, we #ThrowbackThursday to… just last week, actually.

Last Friday, to be specific. That’s when we had the chance to hang out at Diskin Cider to celebrate Timothy Myles’ “Drive Through the Night” release party. And, in the process, we were introduced to the incredible vocal talents of A’Rose, who opened the evening’s festivities.

And, it just so happens that the Nashville-based soul singer just released a new single!

“Armor” (ft. SHWN) is a heartbroken ballad that deals with the aftermath of a love that could not overcome its own struggles. The dynamic tune is hallmarked by atmospheric pop elements, which add a stormy tension to the soundscape as a clean, pensive guitar riff accompanies A’Rose’s emotionally-jarring vocal performance.
