Nashville singer-songwriter Kamber has embarked on a variety of musical endeavors over the years, most notably through her heavy alternative rock band, Raviner.

However, listeners have never heard her quite like this.

Kamber has traded in the rock and roll explosiveness this time around, opting for nothing more than a piano and her own vocal instrument on new single, “On My Own.” The wistful ballad, which the singer calls “a vulnerable, honest, and authentic expression of walking through heartbreak, disappointment, loss, and grief,” was recorded live at Gnome Studios, and relies on its reflective narrative and raw emotion to deliver a devastatingly beautiful punch.
