The Quinn’s Daily Spinn: Tuesday, February 11

Piece by piece, we’ll be hearing selections from Bonsai Trees‘ forthcoming record, Line of Best Fit, over the next few months.
Here’s the first taste!
The Hartford, CT-based alternative rockers released “Apology Note” on Feb. 1, which is described by songwriter James McPherson as a song “disguised as a song about losing a lover, but it’s more about losing the friends and mentors you once thought the world of.” Carefully crafted over months at Clubhouse Studios in Rhinebeck, NY, the emo-tinged single is the first piece of a larger story to come, with new breadcrumbs set to drop monthly on the Line of Best Fit trail, leading up to the album’s release on June 1.
So, see if this one fits your vibe today. “Apology Note” is our Daily Spinn!
