The Quinn’s Daily Spinn: Thursday, February 27

We have something new for you from Matthew Noth, the artist best known as Moodsmith.
The singer, producer, and pianist just released “Kale Salad” last Friday. The new single is described by Moodsmith as a “wistful bop for when you’re pining for summers past, and those times you didn’t know were so good, until they were gone.”
True to Moodsmith’s name, “Kale Salad” reflects that vibe. There’s a bright and carefree ambiance to the track; however there’s also a prevalent sense of hindsight brought forth by the tune’s narrative, which is delivered in spots with crisp and nostalgic harmonies over an electro-funk soundscape.
Reminisce on the summers of your youth with this Daily Spinn!
