A couple weeks ago, we had to make the decision to postpone our March Underground Writers Round with AGD Entertainment, citing what were, at the time, growing concerns about the potential spread of COVID-19.

We all know the story from there. However, even though we can’t gather in person, music and community will always find a way!

With that, UMC and AGD have decided to join forces on a live streamed Underground Writers Round on Facebook and YouTube this Friday, March 27 from 5-7 p.m. CDT. We’re bringing you virtual, socially-distanced performances from six of the artists in AGD’s Zero to 60 by AGD artist development program, and you’ll be able to watch from anywhere.

In the spirit of the original event, we will be doing it to help our community heal from the March 3 tornadoes that devastated our region. We encourage donations to the The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee in their continued efforts to help repair our communities, now, during, and after the event.
