While parts of the country begin to crawl out of the collective haze brought on by months of quarantine, we should keep in mind that some areas of it are moving more quickly than others.

“Nights Like These,” co-written with Scott Kurt, is an ode to a live once freely lived, before pandemic-induced shutdowns halted our travels — and, in many cases, the availability of human interaction.

“Living through these uncertain times has brought about many different emotions. I woke up one morning reminiscing about the nights and days before quarantine and found myself inspired to write,” Ryann said. “Before long, I had the song written and ready to be produced. Within a week, the song was radio-ready, and now, I couldn’t be more excited about releasing it.”
