‘Hear Her Voice,’ a Benefit for Safe Haven Family Shelter, Set for June 7
On Tuesday, June 7, UMC and NashLive! will bring an all-female lineup together to benefit one of Nashville’s most important and enduring causes.
That night, we’ll be at LTH Coffee & Social (7113 Charlotte Ave., Nashville) from 6-9 p.m. to present Hear Her Voice, an all-female songwriter showcase to benefit Safe Haven Family Shelter. Join us on the West End as we feature the songwriting talents of eight female artists, from Nashville and beyond, to raise money and community awareness for a good cause.
We will be raising funds for Safe Haven throughout the night, and a percentage of all Underground Music Collective merchandise sales will also go to benefit the organization, whose mission is to “(l)ead our community’s efforts to house, support, empower and advocate for families experiencing homelessness.”
Attendance is free — we just ask that you support the cause, and support our hosts at LTH by making a food or beverage purchase while you’re there.
Last but not least, special thanks to New Jersey-based performer Brianna Musco, who hatched the idea and will be in town to join us as one of the eight featured artists! Check back here next Wednesday, June 1 for the full lineup announcement!
