PHOTOS: Pepperwood, Ali Aslam, and Mary Jennings at The East Room

On Sunday night, it was all about building community at The East Room.
NashLive! spent Father’s Day welcoming a diverse trio of artists to East Nashville. The high-powered alt-rock stylings of Pepperwood were complimented by the supersonic folk of Brooklyn-based troubadour Ali Aslam (with special guests E.W. Harris and Dan Saulpaugh, and the ethereal indie pop of Mary Jennings.
This eclectic lineup was bonded by a shared love of music and community – sentiments that reverberated throughout the evening. An appreciative, attentive audience stayed engaged throughout the night, as each act presented their art in its most honest form.
We’ve got photos, and NashLive! has another eclectic bill this Friday at Cobra. See you then!
