PHOTOS: Krantz, Deidre, and DaChri at The Cobra Nashville
Summer got off to a hot start for NashLive! at The Cobra Nashville.
The East Nashville venue — which underwent a makeover earlier this week — hosted us as we brought Krantz back to their stage, alongside Nashville newcomer Deidre and the genre-fluid stylings of DaChri.
Krantz led off the show, lighting up the room and receiving a warm welcome from the audience, by way of his always-infectious brand of alternative rock. Deidre was up next, making her Nashville debut by showcasing powerhouse vocals over a mix of originals and covers.
Then, DaChri hit the stage with a showstopping blend of pop, R&B, hip hop, rock, and more over a near-hour long set that featured special guests, and showcased why the self-proclaimed “Boy They Left Behind” will soon be embraced by fans near and far.
And, in the end, it was all about community. The back room was packed and stayed full all night, as fans mixed, mingled, and enjoyed the sets of all three acts. We can’t ask for much more than that, and we thank everyone for coming out.
