The members of Goodnite Robicheaux have spent their lives immersing themselves in a vast array of musical ideas. The indie soul duo — consisting of longtime friends Justin MacDonald and Jamison Mode — grew up in musical households, and are not bound to a particular genre.
That’s what makes their forthcoming album, The Green Line, so exciting, beginning with its lead single, “Every Time.”

Even in these strange times, one thing we can count on is fantastic new tunes from Trevor Larkin.
Even in times of pandemic worries and social distancing, our
communities are not homes for hate: That’s the message more than a dozen
musicians from across the Mid-Atlantic will come together online to share next
The virtual “Come Together” concert at 7 p.m. ET (6 p.m. CT) on Friday, April 3, will feature live performances from the musicians’ own homes, which are scattered across Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley, as well as the Baltimore and Washington D.C. areas. The benefit event supports No Place for Hate®, a 20-year old initiative of the Anti-Defamation League that is present in hundreds of school districts across the country.

Mike Bay just released his debut EP under the Borrowed Sparks name, titled The Prettiest One Left. Getting to this point, however, was a test of the St. Louis native’s mettle, as Mike was met with an unforeseen challenge that, at one point, required him to rebuild the entire project from scratch.
Mike joins The Quinn Spinn today to tell his story of undying resolve. We also discuss the delicate balance between pursuing a creative endeavor and maintaining relationships with those closest to us.
It’s New Episode Release Day (N.E.R.D.), and today’s Quinn Spinn guest, Mike Bay of Borrowed Sparks, has a brand new EP that has been making the rounds.
Titled The Prettiest One Left, Borrowed Sparks’ debut release is a sampling of rock and roll as strong-willed and gutsy as the artist behind it. We’ve already given you a listen to opening track, “Man With a Different Name,” and the tender closing title track. Now, we look at the project as a whole.
