This Week on WLVU: The Quinn Spinn and Moments Season Premieres

We’re getting back into the full swing of things for the New Year at WLVU: The Sound of The Underground. We have season premieres this week, as well as special guests on continuing WLVU favorites.

This Week on WLVU

Monday, January 15
The Quinn Spinn
returns for the start of its fifth anniversary year in 2018, and we’re kicking this celebration off with a two-hour season premiere beginning at 7 p.m. ET! Join The Quinn as he welcomes guests performing on this Friday’s Lehigh Valley Underground 2nd Birthday Spectacular, including members of Kill The Broadcast and singer-songwriter Kara Hartzell.


Lauren Christine joins Moments with host Emily Noel this week.

Wednesday, January 17
The Balcony Show (8 p.m. ET) is back with an all-new show, featuring an interview with Second Echo and music from Dustin Thomas, Alpha Zero Three, and Rofo Audio. Then, stay tuned for the season premiere of Moments at 9 p.m. ET, when host Emily Noel welcomes Nashville-based singer-songwriter Lauren Christine.

Thursday, January 18
At 8 p.m. ET, Tape Swap Radio has a brutal Shards Session from Allentown hardcore punk band, Bad American. Matt and Shamus also feature a punk-heavy mix of bands who played the area this past summer including the Lehigh Valley Punk Rock Picnic, Catasauqua’s Punk Rock in the Park, Good Weekend, and Consolidated Cardboard.

Sunday, January 21
At 9 p.m. ET, join host Sharon Vaught for a special edition of Stone Soup Tales, titled “December Celebrations of Light and La Befana.”
