Your December 2018 #LVUFirstFriday Lineup, Curated by Ralph Pagano

Now under the Underground Music Collective banner, the Lehigh Valley Underground First Friday Concert Series continues in December with a mix of new faces and familiar First Friday veterans.

Among those making their debut on the SouthSide are That’s What She Said, an eclectic  duo who will be performing at the Comfort Suites Hill to Hill Grille, Mitchell Kresge of the progressive rock band Plum at EZ Money, Houston the Punk Poet (of Houston and the Dirty Rats) at Touchstone Theatre, and Bridges Apart Duo taking the early slot at The Funhouse from 7-9 p.m.

This First Friday also has holiday cheer from the greater Lehigh Valley arts community in store. The Banana Factory has invited The Lehigh Valley Gay Men’s Chorus to perform throughout the evening and Domaci will be hosting students from the Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Arts.

As far as returning vets, Roi and the Secret People will bring the sounds of their acoustic trio to Godfrey Daniels to make their debut at the legendary venue. Meanwhile, Brian Kibler continues his monthly residency at Molly’s Irish Grille and Sports Pub.

In addition to hosting live music, Domaci will have an expert on-hand from Moravian Archives to explain the history and the significance of the Moravian Star in Bethlehem from 6-9 p.m. There will also be live performances at SouthSide 313, as well as a late-night doubleheader at the Funhouse.

As always, none of this would be possible without the support of Southside Arts District, Banko Beverage Co., and Comfort Suites Bethlehem; the great venues that host this event, and you! We look forward to seeing you on First Friday. The complete lineup is listed below in chronological order:
