About a month and a half ago — wow, has it really been that long already? — we caught our friends Luca Di Fabio at Nashville’s Hutton Hotel.

Earlier that night, we learned about Williams for the first time, when she delivered a soul-drenched set of rock and roll and officially made her way onto the UMC radar.

That set included “Rebound,” which has since been released everywhere music can be consumed. The tune’s evident Latin influence combines with an R&B/soul groove, and is brought together by a powerful vocal performance from Williams, as she sings of accepting the end of a relationship by replacing her former flame with someone new.
